Use health and debug diagnostics
Collect useful diagnostics without sharing secrets.
Run /health for a quick check of Ticket Tool in the current server. An administrator can run /debug for the full diagnostic report.
When asking for help, include the Server ID, what action failed, the exact error text, and the relevant diagnostic result. Remove private member information if it is not needed.
Never post a Discord bot token, Ticket Tool API token, password, recovery code, or two-factor authentication code. Support does not need those values.
