Dashboard does not show my server or bot
Check the Discord account, permissions, and which Ticket Tool bot was invited.
Sign out of the dashboard and sign back in with the Discord account that manages the server. The account needs Manage Server, or a Ticket Tool dashboard role assigned through one of its Discord roles.
Confirm that the bot in the server is Ticket Tool from ticket-tool.app. A similarly named bot uses a different dashboard and subscription system.
If the server still does not appear, run /health in that server and include the Server ID when contacting support.
