Discord category limits and deleted category references

Discord limits how many channels a category can contain. If the target category is full, move or archive existing channels, or add another open-category destination in the Ticket Tool category settings.

If a Discord category was deleted, open the Ticket Tool category and remove or replace the missing destination ID. Check panels and flows too if they point directly to an old Ticket Tool category or flow.

Do not delete active ticket channels to make room unless their transcripts and retention requirements have been checked first.
