Make sure you are using the right Ticket Tool
Ticket Tool at ticket-tool.app is separate from similarly named Discord bots.
This support server is for Ticket Tool at ticket-tool.app, with its dashboard at dash.ticket-tool.app. It is separate from tickettool.xyz and other ticket bots. Their settings, tickets, and subscriptions do not carry over.
There is no automatic import from another ticket bot. Run both bots side by side, rebuild the categories and panel in this Ticket Tool, switch the public panel, and let old tickets finish before removing the old bot.
