Set up Ticket Tool for the first time

Fastest setup

1. Invite Ticket Tool from ticket-tool.app.
2. In Discord, run /setup. You need Manage Server.
3. Pick a template, confirm the target channels, and apply it.
4. Set the Discord role that should handle tickets as the category's Support Role.
5. Open a test ticket from a non-admin account, reply, close it, and confirm the transcript or logs arrive where expected.

You can also build it in the dashboard by creating a category and a panel, then deploying the panel with /setup-panel.

If /setup is missing, check that the account has Manage Server and the channel permits Use Application Commands.
