Customize messages, language, and ticket names

Category intro messages, closed messages, and optional direct messages are under the category's Messages tab. The panel title, description, and buttons are edited on the panel.

Bot-wide buttons, notices, field labels, and errors are under Settings > Localization. Language packs are a starting point and every string remains editable.

A category's naming pattern controls new ticket channel names. Staff can also use /rename inside a ticket. Discord rate-limits channel renames, so repeated changes may take time.
