Requests for another server, service, or Discord account

Ticket Tool provides ticket software to Discord servers, but each server runs its own support and moderation. For a ticket decision, ban, purchase, or appeal handled by another Discord server, contact that server's staff. Ticket Tool cannot change their decision or recover their server records.

For a compromised Discord account, use Discord's official account recovery and support channels. Do not send passwords, backup codes, session tokens, or authentication codes in a Ticket Tool ticket.

For another product or service, contact that provider directly. If the issue is that Ticket Tool itself exposed or mishandled data, open a Support ticket and mark it as a privacy or security issue.
